I was honored to design and fabricate banners and signs for this vital community space for Indigenous artists. I used: local reclaimed Cedar; laser-cut MDF; waterproof, adhesive prints; latex, Osmo stains & poly finishes. After my first visit to a Portland Indigenous Marketplace pop-up in 2019, I asked founder Lluvia Merello if I could make some signage for them, to boost street visibility. Working with their existing colorway, logos and needs for transportability and all-weather durability, I designed and fabricated two double-sided A-frame signs with graphics in dimensional relief.
